DHAKA, Sept 13, 2014 (BSS)- Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina here today inaugurated the permanent secretariat of BIMSTEC culminating in a collective resolve of the seven nations' forum to create a better and more prosperous future through cooperation in multi-sectoral areas. Inaugurating the secretariat at a function on secretariat premises at Road No-53 Gulshan-2, the Prime Minister hoped that the secretariat would become a hallmark of proud partnership of the member states across the Bay of Bengal.
